WOW ... so many emotions fighting to get out of my body right now, not sure which one is going to win!! BIG hugs to you, that was an amazing read of a journey of epic proportions ... looking back, it’s amazing to re-read everything you’ve been through and also achieved in such a relatively short time ...
As for this book, (without trying to sound condescending coz I’ve never written a book) I am SO proud of you, you are truly amazing to have confronted your decisions the way you have and documented it all in such a light, yet deeply informative read. The fact that you’ve remained upbeat about your situations is so beautiful, as many women don’t find themselves able to have a sense of humour about such serious decisions or surgery etc. Reid’s addition is just wow by the way...what a hubby.

I sat up all evening and read the whole thing. Boy do I feel guilty I realised from our talk yesterday that you had a very hard time but never realised the deep pain and trauma you went through, and so ongoing for a whole year. Don't tell me you aren't brave, and then after all this to go on to write this book to help others (and it will) is sheer compassion and courage.

It is now 4.30 am and I have just finished your book. I have cried and struggled to read some of the print through tears - I am blown away!! To say the least. I feel so full of pride about you, about your honesty, your sense of humour. What came through to me was your want and need to help all the women you can.
I was particularly moved by Reid's chapter and how expressed his feelings, they were so honest and real. Over the past 18 months to 2 years you three have been through such a lot.

You will not believe it, I read your book from cover to cover last night and it was brilliant.
As I read your story, views and events it became very apparent that this is one of the most positive and motivational pieces I have encountered in recent times. It was so refreshing and uplifting and it has really motivated me in my basic assertion that I can control/influence events etc and that things happen if you apply and focus yourself and energies.
Your book was not a story about Breast (Cancer) Prevention to me, it was purely motivational. THANKYOU!
Lately I have felt a little concerned about the future (work related, recession etc) and this made me absolutely positive again. I would have got their on my own but this made it happen instantly and more importantly I now want to keep up the momentum!
